SimEd Group Inc. is committed to delivering products of the highest quality and precision. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel or return a SimEd-manufactured product, this Order Cancellation and Return Policy outlines the applicable conditions and procedures.

Please note that cancellation and return eligibility applies exclusively to products manufactured by SimEd Group Inc.

To initiate a cancellation or return request, please email info@simedgroup.com. Your request must include the invoice number, purchase order (PO) number, and a written explanation of the reason for the cancellation or return. Returned products must be in saleable condition (“like new” with minimal signs of use) and repacked in the original case (if provided) or packaging that offers equivalent protection.
